About us – ACAC

The Australian Companion Animal Council held its first think tank – ACAC Strategy 2011 – at Doltone House in Sydney on September 15, 2011.

The Think Tank focused on the challenges and choices facing pet owners and Australia’s pet care industry.

ACAC has published a White Paper as an outcome 2011 Think Tank which will be used by ACAC to raise awareness of issues and opportunities with Government, media and others involved in companion animal management.

The primary aim of the White Paper will be to present the issues and opportunities raised at the Think Tank, and put forward possible next steps for ACAC as the peak body representing the interests of companion animal ownership in Australia.
